Car-free holidays
The Lizard is easily accessible without a car, and provides ample entertainment for a car-free holiday. There are many beautiful beaches within walking distance of the house. A lovely fish and chip shop, traditional serpentine sellers, and a choice of independent cafes and pubs all a 5 minute walk away.
Trains run from many UK towns direct to Redruth www.firstgreatwestern.co.uk
A frequent service links the train with the Lizard www.firstgroup.com
The bus also provides the opportunity for wonderful one way walks, taking a ride to Mullion, say, and walking the coast path home.
